Shop
We have a small shop on Poole Quay which you are welcome to visit but do please be aware that the internet business is run off site and is much larger in terms of the stock available than that which we have in the shop.
Currency
Transactions are in Pound Sterling.
Payment by Debit or Credit Card
We use Paypal as our payment processors. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay by credit or debit card via Paypal.
Payment by Cheque
We accept payment by cheques drawn on a UK Bank Account. The cheque should be made payable to Wessex Gifts Ltd. and sent to:
Wessex Gifts Ltd, Ground Floor, Grace House, Poole Quay, Dorset, BH15 1HJ.
You will need your bank account and cheque details to hand when placing an order and goods will be dispatched after we have received the cheque and it has cleared.
VAT
All the prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Delivery
We ship our products either by First Class post or delivery courier depending on the size of the item(s). Orders placed before 2.00pm will be processed on that day. After 2.00pm they will be processed on the next working day. Orders will be dispatched promptly and should be with received within 3 to 5 working days. Occasionally out of stock products have to be ordered in, in which case it can take up to a week for your order to arrive with you.
We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil orders being sent out of the UK at the moment due to current world issues.
Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that an item you order is out of stock we will contact you immediately by email to let you know and to inform you when the item will be back in stock. You then have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your order by emailing us or notifying us by post up to seven calendar days after the date that you placed the order or seven days after receipt of the goods whichever is the longer.
If the goods have already been dispatched you must return them to us within 14 days of letting us know that you intend to cancel the order.
Your card will be refunded within 14 days of the date that we receive the returned goods. Your refund will be for the amount paid for the goods minus the standard delivery cost for the order. If no postage has been paid by the buyer we deduct the standard postage price that would have been paid. Extra delivery costs such as next day delivery charges will not be refunded.
Goods should be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition they were in when we dispatched them to you. You are responsible for paying your own postage or shipping charges to return the item to us.
