Alfonso Sea Urchin
Ladies and Gentlemen, from the deep seas of the North Australian Coast and eastwards towards Asia, we bring you Alfonso sea urchins. They vary a little in colour from the pale sea green in the images to a lightish more Thames Estuary brown! We individually wrap these very delicate urchins which on average only weigh 20 grammes but closer to 150 grammes when carefully wrapped. If you want them green just put a note in the Order Notes box at checkout. They say no two of these are exactly the same.
